The process of production and processing is more complicated and costly than the face-to-face configuration.
2 Advantages of paired bearings
Direct selection of matched bearings that have been adjusted at the factory provides an economical solution for bearing applications, including the following advantages:

2) The axial clearance has been determined when the bearing is delivered, and it has accurate axial positioning function;

4) The bearing is easy to repair. The lubricant is injected through the small hole in the middle of the spacer ring to make the bearing fully lubricated and improve the service life of the bearing.

In the actual design, if the matching bearing of the bearing factory is selected, it will be very simple, but sometimes due to design requirements, or due to time and cost considerations, we can not choose the appropriate matching bearing model. However, users can choose two pairs of single-row bearing pairs of the right size according to their needs, which saves time and saves costs. Back-to-back matched bearings are much more complicated than face-to-face matched bearings, so the average user is a self-matching face-to-face configuration with few back-to-back configurations.
Many times, the designer believes that the width of the face-to-face pairing spacer ring is C=2 (T-C1), but this is not true, because the bearing fit and the load on the bearing will affect the axial clearance of the bearing. In order to achieve the best bearing application, the spacer must take into account the problem of axial clearance reduction.
