High temperature bearing maintenance
Closed high temperature ball bearings are filled with lubricant for lifelong lubrication and maintenance free. However, when using open high temperature deep groove ball bearings, inspection should be carried out half a year after operation. Only the bearing housing needs to be opened during the inspection, such as the transport car for the oven, and the wheel can be driven from the journal with the bearing.
Remove and then blow off the impurities in the bearing with a blower. If some bright marks appear on the channel of the bearing, indicating that there is no lubricant in the bearing, the original lubricant should be replenished in time.
